Operations Manager - Distribution Center

We are hiring an Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations at our Austin
distribution center. You will own inventory management across three sites,
drive process improvement, and report on KPIs to the regional director.

Responsibilities
- Own inventory management and stock accuracy across the distribution center
- Lead process improvement projects using Six Sigma methods
- Administer the warehouse management system and the ERP records behind it
- Run demand forecasting and weekly capacity forecasting with the planning team
- Own vendor management, including contract renewals and supplier scorecards
- Partner with the supply chain and logistics teams on inbound and outbound flow
- Own quality assurance for outbound orders and lead root cause reviews
- Report KPIs weekly and present to cross-functional stakeholders

Required
- 5+ years in operations, supply chain or logistics
- Hands-on inventory management experience in a distribution environment
- Working knowledge of a warehouse management system
- ERP experience, SAP preferred
- Six Sigma green belt or equivalent process improvement training
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
- Strong quality assurance and vendor management background
- Proven leadership of hourly teams and clear communication with stakeholders

Preferred
- SAP experience in a multi-site logistics network
- Forecasting experience with seasonal demand
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with supply chain partners
